Secret garden story - part 1 and video tutorial - by Veronika Galenko

Hello, everyone!
Veronika here to share with you my first project with the papers from Meg's Garden collection, this collection is called Correspondence Collection, which was created by talented Kerry-Jean Watson.

My work is a layout from our family trip to the Chersonesos Archaeological National Museum. in Crimea.
You can spend all day here viewing the exhibits or taking a tour of the ancient city.

In ancient Greek the word chersonesos means "peninsula." The city was indeed located on a small peninsula between two bays. "Tauric" Chersonesos further denotes the location of the colony, that is, "in the lands of the Taurians". This a warring tribe that inhabited the neighboring mountains. The city was destined to exist for nearly two thousand years, and its history is intertwined with that of ancient Greece, Rome, and Byzantium.
